What will I be doing?
Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by:
- Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client
- Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients
- Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
Who are you?
Skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
- Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same)
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
