An opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join the team on the north side of Brisbane.
About the roleAs the Quality Assurance Advisor, you will take accountability for working with leaders, production and projects to ensure quality across the operations. You will foster a culture of 'right first time' manufacturing through training, inspections and support of standard operating procedures whilst working to ISO9001 standards. Working closely with the team, you will follow up non-conformances, undertaking risk assessments and reviews to ensure a continuous improvement culture. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of quality documentation, investigations, participate in audits and oversee quality reporting.
You will use your strong stakeholder engagement skills to:
- Manage non conformance through root cause analysis;
- Drive continuous improvement of company wide processes to decrease costs and improve customer experience;
- Ensuring all activities are managed according to ISO standards; and
- Provide training and support for teams to inspire quality with a continuous improvement mindset.
About you
As an experienced Quality Assurance professional, you will ideally have worked in engineering or manufacturing industries, whilst working to ISO or equivalent standards. You enjoy being able to work with a team to deliver outcomes and your 'can do' attitude, influencing skills and attention to detail, collectively will see you foster continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience, whilst taking the lead for quality onsite.
