**Your role**:
Develop, implement and evaluate an annual Regional Quality Work Plan designed to realise and complement the goals of Anglicare Victoria’s _Quality Work Plan_ and overarching _Strategic Directions._
- In other words, make sure the work we do is always achieved to the highest level_

**The skills you will use day to day**:

- Experience in a similar role in the human services sector would be highly regarded and useful day to day.
- Lead quality improvement, compliance and assurance processes, including self-assessment processes in the region.
- Reviews in response to critical incidents and investigations.
- The ability to manage a range of projects with competing demands to completion.
- A demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage risks including: service performance, outcomes, critical incident and complaints.
- Excellent risk assessment and analysis skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Various qualifications: Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management will all suit this role
