Job Summary

Climate-KIC Australia (Climate-KIC) which operates within the Institute for Sustainable Futures (ISF) at University of Technology Sydney , is seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing and Communication Officer position that would work in a full-time capacity to develop, deliver and evaluate marketing and communications strategies for Climate-KIC. This role will lead on delivering strategic communications for Climate-KIC's brand and develop, deliver and evaluate communications plans for Climate-KIC's projects About Climate-KIC Australia Climate-KIC Australia operates within ISF at UTS and was established in 2017 to catalyse climate action through systems innovation. Recognising that no single organisation or individual can change systems and solve the climate challenges on their own. Climate-KIC works with a broad network of organisations to develop and deliver collaborative systems innovation activities. We play an orchestrating, convening role, leveraging our collaborative network, bringing systems change intent and agency, working with diverse stakeholders and bringing diverse capabilities in design, facilitation, portfolio and project design and management, engagement, governance, as well as subject matter expertise. The growing team and brand is known for creating and supporting effective, impactful, collaborative projects and programs. On behalf of Climate-KIC, the Senior Marketing and Communication Officer will be responsible for:
• Developing, implementing and evaluating communication and engagement strategies for Climate-KIC's brand and Climate-KIC's projects, across a variety of channels
• Ensuring a professional and timely service to partners
• Managing major communication platforms
• Improving communication through nurturing and supporting the communication skills of the teams Remuneration Base Salary Range: $105,814 to $117,057 pa (HEW 7) The level of appointment is dependent upon skills and competencies The university offers 17% employer provided superannuation and salary packaging opportunities This appointment will be on a continuing, full-time basis.
