**About the Role**

UTS International is currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Officer to provide a broad range of marketing and communication activities to build the profile of the university internationally and to promote worldwide activities and events. This includes the successful implementation of the international marketing strategy, including consistent international branding and messaging, marketing campaigns, development of marketing collateral and managing content for the website.

**About You**

As the Marketing and Communications Officer, you will:

- Implement international marketing and communication strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and priorities at the university
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to support the university’s international acquisition objectives and align across the customer journey
- Optimise advertising/media spend and creative for maximum performance
- Prepare creative assets and targeted marketing collateral promoting UTS
- Conduct market and competitor research

- Skills in lateral thinking, analysis and ability to provide creative solutions to marketing and communication issues
- Knowledge of the global trends in internationalisation activities and their impact on international student recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in advertising and campaign management in acquisition marketing
- Demonstrated experience in producing communications and collateral for various target audiences with differing cultural needs and backgrounds

**Remuneration**

**Base Salary Range: $85,781 to $92,879 pa (HEW 6)**

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is **full-time** and appointment will be made on a **fixed term basis for 12 months.**
