We're building AI agents to automate data conversion, helping software companies onboard customers faster. No more CSV hell. No more months-long integrations. Just clean, automated migrations that get customers into products where they belong.

We're early (beta) but backed by

, and we're looking for a builder who wants to own big chunks of product and work directly with customers shaping it.

About the role

This is a hybrid role (we support domestic relocation to Sydney). You'll be working across both engineering and customer conversations. One day you're hacking on data transformation pipelines, the next you're in a call with a customer figuring out where their migration process breaks.

We want someone who doesn't wait for a spec - you see a problem, own it, and ship. High agency is the number one requirement.

What you'll do

  • Build features end-to-end
  • Sit in on customer calls to understand pain points firsthand.
  • Own customer-facing projects from idea → design → deploy.
  • Ship scrappy experiments, learn fast, and double down on what works.
  • Help shape product direction and engineering culture from day one.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with
    , TypeScript, Tailwind, AWS.
  • Hands-on with AI/LLMs for data conversion, ETL, or automation.
  • Comfortable talking to customers and translating needs into features.
  • Bias to action - you'd rather ship and iterate than wait.
  • Builder mentality: zero ego, high agency, customer-obsessed.
