Wellways is looking for a motivated Partnership Support Officer to help strengthen collaboration, support partner organisations and drive continuous improvement across our Carer Gateway network.

You'll work closely with the Partnership Continuous Improvement Lead, contributing to impactful initiatives that elevate program delivery and create lasting positive outcomes for carers and their families.

In this role you will support the development and delivery of annual partner support plans, facilitate one-on-one or small group upskilling sessions for partner staff and assist with service evaluations, site visits and communities of practice.

What you'll bring:

• Experience working in partnership or stakeholder engagement roles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Attention to detail for high quality documentation
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to quality improvement
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the Carer Gateway program
• A collaborative, team-first approach aligned with Wellways' values

Pre-engagement requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working within at least one of the Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability or Health Sciences Sectors
• A minimum of 2 years in relevant discipline as outlined above
• Evidence of working rights within Australia (birth cert/passport/visa)
• Driving Licence
• National Police Check (12 months old) and Working with Childrens Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course
