Environmental Compliance Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting health and safety activities, including inductions, audits, inspections, and emergency response coordination.
They will also assist with environmental monitoring, data entry, and compliance reporting. Additionally, they will support laboratory operations through sample preparation, analysis, data entry, and general lab maintenance.
Maintenance of key systems such as the Safety Management System, MonitorPro, and Consultation Manager is also a key responsibility.
The role requires strong proficiency with computers and applications, including the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong understanding of HSEC principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in mining or a related industry is desirable.
We are looking for an entry-level candidate who is eager to develop their skills and knowledge in environmental compliance and laboratory operations.
A current driver's licence is required for this role.
