Are you a driven, detail-oriented professional ready to lead a growing healthcare practice? We're seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team of dentists in Ryde.

In this role, you will:
- Lead daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a positive, supportive environment
- Oversee rosters, stock, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall practice profitability
- Handle patient enquiries, appointments, payments, and general administration
- Uphold healthcare regulations, sterilisation, and infection control standards
- Collaborate with clinicians to maintain high standards of care
- Support marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth and brand visibility

About You
- Previous experience in dental/medical settings with team leadership or management responsibilities
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in P&L management with strong business and financial acumen
- Confident leading difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
- Professional, polished, and able to represent a premium healthcare brand
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life – clinicians, patients, and your team
- Proficient in practice management software (Core Practice preferred but not essential), systems, and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel), and social media
- Motivated to take ownership and grow with the clinic
Qualifications
- Working rights in Australia
- Minimum 2 years in practice management
