Are you a driven, detail-oriented professional ready to lead a growing healthcare practice? We're seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team of dentists in Ryde.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team in a positive, supportive environment
  • Oversee rosters, stock, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall practice profitability
  • Handle patient enquiries, appointments, payments, and general administration
  • Uphold healthcare regulations, sterilisation, and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with clinicians to maintain high standards of care
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth and brand visibility

About You

  • Previous experience in dental/medical settings with team leadership or management responsibilities
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled in P&L management with strong business and financial acumen
  • Confident leading difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
  • Professional, polished, and able to represent a premium healthcare brand
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life – clinicians, patients, and your team
  • Proficient in practice management software (Core Practice preferred but not essential), systems, and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel), and social media
  • Motivated to take ownership and grow with the clinic

Qualifications

  • Working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 2 years in practice management
