Job Description

  • Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression at the front desk
  • Manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, assist patients over the phone, and process payments
  • Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency with computers (Microsoft software and apps) and willingness to learn dental software.
  • Dental or healthcare reception experience is advantageous but not essential.
