At Timeless Smiles Dental, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant. Whether you bring experience or are eager to learn and grow, we offer an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, professional environment.

What We're Looking For: While prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, we are happy to provide training and support for the right candidate who is committed to developing their skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who sees dental assisting as a long-term career and is ready to put in the effort to grow within the profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional chair-side assistance to the dental team
  • Perform sterilization and general cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding
  • Demonstrate great hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail
  • Exhibit strong work ethics and a positive, outgoing personality

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for 4-5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays
  • Available to work between two practices Castle hill and Pennant hills when needed
