The Opportunity

Austin Cove Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join our vibrant team in South Yunderup, WA. We have full-time and part-time positions available for candidates with Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and engage in educational activities for children aged 0-5 years
  • Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to support the holistic development of each child
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to the planning, documentation, and evaluation of the curriculum
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience working in a similar early childhood setting, preferably in a long day care or preschool environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Christian ethos
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences for children
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current best practices in early childhood education
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check
