At Small Friends we believe in creating a magical, play-based haven for 2–5-year old's and that starts with our incredible educators. Due to our commitment to maintaining staff above ratio we're looking for passionate part-time Diploma Qualified and Certificate III Educators to join our vibrant team

About the Role

We're seeking part-time educators to support our dynamic learning environment where all children share one beautifully designed space... Our awesome Small Friends House, located in Falcon, Mandurah

This means you'll never be stuck in one room with just one or two colleagues. Instead, you'll work in a collaborative team, sharing ideas, supporting each other, and making every day fun, creative and full of meaningful moments.

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and a love for child-led, play-based learning.
  • Professional communication skills and a commitment to building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Flexibility and great time management to adapt in a fast-paced, fun environment.
