About the Role

We're looking for a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide a dedicated team, foster meaningful connections with children and families, and deliver engaging, play-based programs that spark curiosity and confidence.

You'll work closely with our Centre Director and a team of passionate educators who share your love for early learning and your commitment to quality care.

About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child-led learning practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Hold a Current Working with Children Check
  • Hold a Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Have full working rights in Australia
