And we're on the hunt for a talented SEO Manager to join our buzzing (and flourishing) SEO team

Working alongside the Senior SEO Director and wider SEO team, you'll craft and execute robust SEO strategies, incorporating both foundational SEO practices and innovative approaches to adapt to changing search engine algorithms and market trends.

Day to day you'll:- Guide and develop junior SEO team members, establishing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Delegate tasks effectively to enhance team productivity and professional growth. Contribute to the SEO team meetings
- Ensure website architecture and technical aspects are optimised for search engines.
- Stay ahead with the latest in technical SEO, including site speed optimisation, AI integration, and structured data.
- Work alongside content creators to develop strategies that align with SEO goals, ensuring content not only drives engagement but also ranks well in search engines.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor SEO performance, providing detailed reports on traffic, rankings, and other key metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and report on ROI.
- Efficiently manage SEO budgets, allocating tasks to team members that offer not only best results but also highest return on investment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SEO-related client interactions, managing expectations, and communicating strategy and progress effectively.
- Create and refine internal processes and workflows to enhance the SEO team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the go-to person for junior staff's issues or queries, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Play a strategic role in managing and enhancing SEO strategies for Tier 1 accounts, ensuring top-level clients receive exceptional service and results.
Knowledge and Experience:- Bachelor of Marketing/Business/Communications/Commerce or Marketing & Media
- Minimum 4 years' experience in SEO role
- Sophisticated working knowledge of SEO principles, including both foundational and advanced tactics to optimize search visibility and user engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives, incorporating market and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing SEO teams, with a focus on mentoring, training, and driving team performance.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track SEO performance, analyse data, and make informed strategy adjustments.
- In-depth understanding of technical SEO elements to enhance site architecture, speed, indexing and crawling etc.
- Skill in crafting content strategies and executing link-building tactics that boost domain authority and search rankings.
- Extensive experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) for research, auditing, and tracking.
- Capable of effectively managing budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities for optimal ROI.
- Strong communication skills for articulating SEO strategies and results to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage international SEO efforts, adapting strategies for diverse markets.

- A thorough understanding and management of one's own emotions and the ability to empathize with others, combined with strong client management skills to negotiate, persuade, and maintain positive relationships.
- Solid project management skills, demonstrating the capacity to lead projects from conception through completion, balancing multiple stakeholders' needs and driving towards successful outcomes.
