The primary objective of the role is the management and marketing of our successful e-commerce website, as well as ad hoc IT projects. You would be working closely with our marketing and IT departments. An extensive sit update is in progress, which makes this a good time to join us and put your stamp on the new site. This is a hands
- on position with a strategic element.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the website; keeping content and design updated and consistent
- Creating content :text, images, video and audio
- Uploading content
- Seasonal site updates
- Regularly reviewing content
- Tracking usage and sales
- Resolving website problems
- Increasing traffic and transactions
- Managing and contributing to the current site update
- Collecting customer reviews and surveys
- Supporting the IT department with IT issues and, ideally also programming
- Planning for the future of the website

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong work ethic with a passion and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Independent
- Experience using website content management systems (experience with ZenCart highly regarded)
- Ability to write HTML and CSS and ideally other programming languages
- SEO experience
- Google analytics experience, including reporting and using results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Basic IT knowledge and willingness and aptitude to learn more
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Excellent customer focus
- High regard for safe working practices

**Desirable**:
You will have a sense of urgency. You will also have strong, analytical and communication skills, be commercial and driven to deliver on outcomes.

**Successful applicants will be required to pass a Pre-Employment Medical which includes Drug & Alcohol testing.**
