**Client Profile**

A leading venue in Sydney's well established hospitality scene. Potts Point Hotel is independently owned and run. Its situated in Potts Point, in Sydney's east and boasts four levels, each with unique activations and character.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated marketing & communications manager to align and drive both our micro and macro marketing strategies. This role will have a strong focus on digital and content planning, as well as scope to collab with the team on new projects, corporate events and product launches.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to devise, budget, implement and track a successful marketing plan across various channels.
- Digital channel strategy proficiency, with an emphasis on social media, paid and organic (Meta, tiktok, LinkedIn), SEM/ SEO and relevant knowledge of digital industry promotion partners.
- Data channel strategy proficiency, with a focus on devising concise and effective data funnels, with strong, accurate and relevant customer segmentation profiles, combined with the ability to effectively communicate with / to these segments.
- Content channel strategy proficiency, with a competency in graphic design and photography.
- Capacity in direct advertising, public relations, customer loyalty & promotional activities for all revenue streams.
- Strong time management and a studious attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite as well as Meta Advertising, Google My Business and Ad words.
- An interest in Photography and also design (Proficiency in Adobe Suite/ Canva or Illustrator is a plus)
- Experience in the Hospitality sector also viewed favourably.

**Offer**

This role has a strong remuneration package that will be tailored to the skill set and experience of the applicant.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
