Looking for Workday HCM lead/SME with vision in Technology to join our global leading Workday team, flexibility to WFH, training available.
What will your typical day look like?
The position of AMS (Application Management Services) Lead in the Workday team is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and guidance to clients and the AMS team. This position is unique from any other Workday role in that you will be responsible for a small and growing AMS team whilst also being an SME and advisor to our clients and will have the opportunity to lead small projects and enhancements. The role will be targeted on ensuring the AMS team deliver quality and timely outcomes to our clients. There will be times we will require this person to roll up their sleeves and implement solutions for complex issue, however, the purpose of this role is not to work on tickets and issues all day but rather assist others in the team and provide guidance to the clients.
About the team
The Workday AMS team sits within the Deloitte Operate and is an extension of the Deloitte Workday team. The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution. For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the Workday experience

You are someone who has experience in HR and/or in Consulting or Support Services. This is a role for someone who can build client relationships and provide leadership and support to others.:
- Certified in two or more Workday HCM modules
- Experience implementing or supporting Workday
- An ability to think outside the square and find solutions
- Scope enhancements and small projects
- Design and deliver complex solutions and enhancements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A strong ability to work with others and adapt your style to get the best out of others
- Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple tasks
