Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Finance Consultant to join our client's team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials, with proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and support. You will partner with business stakeholders, HR, and Finance teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM and Finance modules.

Lead end-to-end Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Payroll) and Finance (Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting).

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations within Workday.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Workday platform.

Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues.

Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience working with Workday HCM and Finance modules.

Proven experience in Workday configuration, implementation, and support.

Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, finance operations, and procurement.

Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security Configuration.

Exposure to Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Workday certifications in HCM and/or Finance preferred.
