Role Overview:

Hudson is proud to partner with a leading Australian brand in the search for a
Workday security SME
to ensure that security within the Workday HCM platform is maximised. Working in this large enterprise you will be faced with unique challenges and opportunities, surrounded by talented individuals. This role has the potential to be a milestone role for many.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct a comprehensive review of current Workday security design and configurations.


• Define and document requirements for system changes based on business needs and compliance standards.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security requirements and priorities.


• Coordinate with the Workday development team to implement approved changes.


• Develop and maintain documentation for security processes and configurations.


• Provide guidance and support during testing and deployment phases.

Required Skills & Experience:


• Proven experience as a Workday Security Analyst or similar role.


• Strong understanding of Workday security architecture,


• Experience with Workday HCM, and Integrations.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.


• Experience in testing and validating Workday security configurations and changes.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.


• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards.

• Workday certification(s) in Security and Core HCM.


• Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or security redesign projects.
