The goal is to support their safety and wellbeing within the home environment through comprehensive safety assessments, tailored case management, emotional and practical support, timely referrals, and access to accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct in-home safety assessments for women who have experienced domestic and family violence, ensuring appropriate safety measures are in place to support their ability to remain safely in their homes and sustain tenancies.

· Facilitate appropriate referrals and establish linkages with relevant government and non-government agencies to support clients' holistic needs.

· Provide comprehensive intake and assessment services to eligible women and children; where necessary, coordinate alternative accommodation or implement in-home safety measures.

· Develop and maintain up-to-date case plans and safety plans/assessments in collaboration with clients, identifying both immediate and long-term needs, while actively managing and monitoring caseloads.

· Uphold strict confidentiality at all times and maintain professional boundaries when engaging with clients, colleagues, and external service providers.

  • Organised and Detail-oriented: You are capable of working within set procedures and policies while maintaining accurate and up-to-date data management systems.
  • Skilled in Risk Assessment: You have experience in conducting risk assessments and managing conflicting priorities effectively.
