What this role offers you

We are looking for someone to join our casual Word Processing pool working approximately 15-20 hours per week. Based in our Adelaide office, you will provide word processing and general administrative support to the team. Immediate start available.

What you will need to succeed

· Proven experience in a legal word processing role

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Duties will include:

· Prepare, format and edit letters and documents with accuracy and efficiency using BigHand

· Provide general admin support including data entry, scanning, filing and document management

· Prioritisation of work to meet DBH style guide standards and deadlines

· Collaborate with other team members to support ongoing projects and tasks

Essentials for the role

· Minimum typing speed of 70wpm

· Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel & Outlook

· Previous experience in a law firm preferred

Please note, as part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete skills testing to assess typing speed and accuracy, as well as spelling proficiency.
