The OpportunityKey Responsibilities
  • Manage contract development and implementation across various categories
  • Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring adherence to approvals and timelines
  • Lead and coordinate sourcing activities to establish supply arrangements that fulfil business requirements
  • Develop strategies to address contractual issues and variations, consulting with stakeholders on legal, compliance, and insurance matters
  • Conduct reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met, providing advice to resolve issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, systems, tools, and templates to streamline operations and achieve cost savings
Selection Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification or extensive experience in category and contract management, business, or Procurement (CIPS) qualifications preferred
  • High initiative, self-starter with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing complex property service contracts and large multi-site operations is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective influence, negotiation, change implementation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
