Electel Resources Pty Ltdis a Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, SA.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, efficient and self-motivated person with planning and scheduling experience to join our Road Lighting Team.

The position is based in Metro Adelaide, with an immediate start available.

This position is available on a 3-day basis, with potential for full-time hours depending on experience and suitability. Details to be discussed at interview.

The Scheduling & Planning Lead will oversee the coordination and scheduling of Lighting Operations, to ensure that lighting designs and projects are adequately quoted, efficiently planned and scheduled, delivered accurately and in a timely manner and record and maintain reports and evidence of work completed.

The Scheduling & Planning Lead will report to Operations Supervisor Road Lighting.

Main tasks the successful applicant will be responsible for include:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling daily work of Lighting Crew
  • Generate, process and analyse quotes, schedules and reports
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers, clients and contractors
  • Data entry - Develop, report and manage data for portfolio of assigned projects
  • Stock/Inventory management
  • Assist the Manager Road Lighting, as directed

Qualifications:

  • Current SA Driver's Licence
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel, Word & Project Skills
  • Understanding/ Knowledge of Docuware
  • Previous operating scheduling experience
  • Understanding of Primavera P6 - Desirable
  • Certificate IV or higher achievement in Project Management - Desirable

  • Sound computer skills and experience with Word, Excel & Project
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Expertise in works planning and assessing and arranging job resource requirements
  • Competent project management and financial management skills
  • Professional outlook with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to self-direct and work under pressure
  • Be prepared to undertake a National Police Check
