Job Description

HE ROLE

The Implementation Specialist will work with the Operations Managers to deliver valuable change and efficiencies across all operational teams.

  • Execution of Strategic and Feature Improvements across the customer journey. This includes system & process enhancements, managing projects, overseeing staff training, and monitoring performance to ensure that everything is on track
  • Drive technology/automation adoption based on operational pain points and opportunities
  • Operational system support and maintenance
  • Use data analytics to measure impact and success of implemented changes
  • End-to-End process mapping and maintenance
  • Support Lumi's Offshore QA team in a Team Lead capacity

Qualifications

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…

  • Strong experience across automation, CRM, telephony & reporting tools
  • Experience in process improvement & risk mitigation
  • Project Management skills
  • Proven history of successful collaboration and stakeholder management to deliver change
  • Self motivation and drive to continuously improve
  • Experience in fintech and/or lending is highly favourable
  • Excellent communications skills
