Admin / Office Support Officer

At Arventa, we're passionate about giving the best possible experience to our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Admin / Office Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing inbound communications, responding to customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Arventa was founded in 1996 and supports more than 2500 Australian customers with our innovative compliance and risk management solutions via its flagship platform WHS Monitor -

The role:This role is focused on both inbound enquiries and outbound customer engagements. You'll be handling all enquiries and arranging customer meetings.

It would be advantageous to be technically savvy, to be able to manage inbound enquiries effectively.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Managing and responding to all inbound enquiries to the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries
  • Administrative / email support
  • Recording information in company CRM

Applicants should have:

  • 2-4 years office / admin support experience
  • Sound technical knowledge/skills (desirable)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Positive, confident and determined approach
  • Problem solving skills
  • Desire to work as a part of a winning team
