Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated manager to lead our teams and manage the operations of our clinics.

The role is full-time and based in Sydney (head office).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Support Manager, you will:

  • Manage the multiple clinics overarching operations to ensure they are run efficiently and smoothly
  • Lead the team to ensure systems and processes are followed.
  • Identify and facilitate further development of the business.
  • Provide and/or source on-going training and resources to keep the allied health team up to date with their skills.
  • Assist in business development and marketing, including contributing your own ideas and networks to create business opportunity and grow the referral base.
  • Assist the therapists in processes to improve quality of care, time management and patient retention
  • Manage business expenses and assist in increasing practice income to ensure a viable and profitable business
  • Recruiting new staff and assisting with HR procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with directors to manage practitioner performance, including keeping track of numbers and achievements.
  • Improving internal processes, future-proofing policy/procedures and ensuring these are upheld throughout the business.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Business management experience (desirable)
  • Experience in the health industry (desirable)

Negotiable depending on experience
