Logistics & Pallet Control Coordinator–

We are seeking a Logistics & Pallet Controller to join our team and take ownership of pallet tracking and management across our network. This is a critical role that ensures accurate pallet control, reduces costs, and strengthens relationships with both our clients and carriers.

About the Role

Based in our Huntingwood Office, this full-time position will see you managing pallet accounts, reconciling movements, and working closely with our operations, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely pallet control processes. You will also assist the Service Experience Consultant team from time to time, supporting customer service and administration tasks to ensure overall workflow runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and reconcile daily pallet movements across all depots, customers, and carriers.
  • Maintain accurate pallet account records within CHEP / Loscam systems.
  • Investigate and resolve pallet discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
  • Work with drivers, warehouse staff, and the Service Experience team to ensure pallets tracked, and documented.
  • Provide pallet reports and insights to management to assist with cost control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers regarding pallet returns and exchanges.
  • Assist the SEC team with bookings, customer queries, and administration when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and pallet provider requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in pallet control, transport administration, or logistics (CHEP/Loscam knowledge highly regarded).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage discrepancies with confidence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using freight management or pallet systems.
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • A proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative.
  • Has strong numerical and analytical skills.
