We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution Centre team. Reporting tothe Logistics Manager, this role plays a key part in leading day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining exceptional service standards across all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order release processes, lead rostering and scheduling for permanent and casual warehouse staff and provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
• Operations and coordination: Coordinate international shipments and invoicing,
  
  manage daily email communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and handle general warehouse administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
• Performance and Quality: Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs such as order accuracy and dispatch timeliness and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and foster a safe working environment and implement and uphold environmentally responsible practices in warehouse operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with transport stakeholders to support seamless coordination, service delivery, and strategic collaboration.

About You

• Proven experience leading, motivating, and supporting warehouse teams.
• Strong track record in maintaining efficient and organised warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanning technology and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in rostering, scheduling, and performance management.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
• Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly Paperless.
