**Your Next Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic **Sales Coordinator** to join our Daimler Team across Sydney Sites. This is a dual role that provides crucial administrative support for sales transactions, deal processing, vehicle registration, and compliance.

The position supports sales executives, sales managers, and the customer service operations (CSO) team while liaising with external stakeholders.

**About The Role**:

- Accurately enter and process deals, maintain compliance, and track financial forecasts
- Manage deal documentation, including worksheets, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Support Sales Consultants, Stock Controllers, and CSO teams while maintaining database integrity
- Process vehicle registrations, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain records for number plates, insurance, and registration expenses
- Attend Transport for NSW (TfNSW) branches to complete in-person registrations when required.
- Handle phone calls professionally and provide reception backup when needed
- Assist with fleet registrations and bulk order logistics

**About You**:

- Experience in project management within the logistics industry is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with data entry
