We are currently searching for a motivated National Supply & Distribution Coordinator to join our driven procurement team in Huntingwood, NSW. As a National Supply & Distribution Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, monitoring and controlling of the new truck inventory and associated product lines. You will liaise with factories and customers to ensure best possible on time deliveries while providing product lead time updates and maintaining branch stock levels of new equipment.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

Your responsibilities:

- Monitor order processing status from order date to arrival date and ensuring relevant updates have been provided to internal stakeholders
- Liaise with all internal branches to support timely stock receiving and transfers.
- Prepare and submit to branches required documentation for preparation of trucks
- Liaise with factories to ensure best on time deliveries of equipment
- Maintain/update stock levels of new equipment inventory as well as internal price lists that drive ordering systems

Requirements for success:

- Experience working in a purchasing position with an understanding of international & local supply chain process
- Understanding of capital equipment purchasing and shipping is desirable
- Strong communication and computer skills including excel skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills and stakeholder management
