WHS Specialist (Casual/Part-Time)

A National manufacturer is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Specialist to join our team on a flexible, casual or part-time basis.

We're looking for a proactive WHS professional to support and enhance our workplace safety systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible work arrangements while making a meaningful impact on our safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe work practices are maintained across all areas of the business
  • Conduct new employee inductions and deliver regular safety briefings to staff
  • Maintain compliance with all legal requirements relating to workplace health and safety
  • Review, update, and align WHS policies and procedures to current best practices and legislative requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in a WHS role
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
  • Practical, hands-on approach to safety management
  • Relevant WHS qualifications (desirable)
