Holland Park West, Queensland, Australia Spine and Dandy Full time $75,000 - $80,000 per year

If you're great at getting on with people and love to see results, please read on...

I need a people person who is enthusiastic and eager to learn for a full-time physiotherapist position. My two brands, Spine & Dandy Physiotherapy and Queensland Lithotripsy Services will be merging in the future and I'm excited to bring on a new clinician to join me as we grow into a dedicated chronic pain clinic.

A Bit About Us: The caseload is predominantly chronic pain. This includes but is not limited to tendinopathies, plantar heel pain, failed surgeries, and chronic back pain. The majority of these are middle-aged to older women and men. So, if you want paediatrics or athlete development, this is not the role for you.

Our values are really important to us and consistently challenge us to hold ourselves to a higher standard. This shapes not only our day but also the journey of our patients. I hope these resonate with you.

Our Values:

  • Empathy: We see the best in everyone
  • Integrity: We do what we say we will do
  • Joy: We approach life with fun and laughter
  • Leadership: We lead by example
  • Success: We are outcomes focused

Mentorship: You'll have no shortage of this, so a growth mindset is essential. Between my direct mentorship and our online programs, you'll be supported every step of the way to becoming the confident clinician you want to be. As we value systems and critical thinking over protocols and carbon copies, there is still plenty of room for autonomy. This is perfect for new grads, current clinicians looking to get into the MSK space, or anyone wanting to push themselves to become the best clinician they can be.

Clinical Journey: You'll start with the physiotherapy side of things so that you can confidently assess any chronic pain patient who walks in the door, helping them to develop a treatment plan aligned with their vision then guide them through our chronic pain curriculum to give them their life back and achieve their definition of success. We'll then build shockwave into your expertise so you can join me in bringing industry leading treatment to Brisbane, and the results that accompany it.

Goals for your first month:

  • Get to know the team (us): Participate and contribute in our weekly staff meeting
  • Kickstart your journey with our onboarding program
  • Shadow cases across all major areas of the body treated with both physiotherapy and shockwave
  • Be able to confidently perform a standard assessment and treatment using the systems and frameworks we use to support our practice
  • Start your own caseload of 5-10 patients per week with extended appointment times as required
  • Demonstrate our key values

If this is an opportunity you'd like to be a part of, I'd love to hear from you so we can schedule a quick phone call. Please send your CV to If you'd like to send a cover letter, please write something fun from the heart to introduce yourself.
