Physiotherapist – MSK | Pilates | Rehab | Work-Life Balance

We're looking for a Physiotherapist with 2–3 years' private practice experience who's passionate about MSK, Pilates, and rehab. This role offers flexibility, mentoring, and a supportive team culture that values both career growth and lifestyle.

Salary: $83,000 – $94,000 FTE + super + bonus structure (based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 physiotherapy sessions (MSK, sports, and rehab focus)
  • Run small group reformer and mat Pilates classes (training available if needed)
  • Create movement-based rehab plans tailored to active clients
  • Collaborate with senior physios for mentoring and clinical support
  • Contribute to CPD, in-services, and team development

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (2–3 years' experience in private practice)
  • Strong interest in MSK, Pilates, and/or women's health (bonus, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and client rapport-building skills
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Sorry, no new graduate positions available at this stage
