BillyLids is a family-run, multidisciplinary paediatric clinic founded by two clinician sisters - one an OT, the other an SLP - who are passionate about helping children thrive. Our work is guided by shared values: we are

We're currently seeking a graduating Occupational Therapist or an early career therapist to join our Norman Park clinic in 2026.
 This role is perfect for someone with a passion for paediatrics who's excited to begin their career in a supportive, clinic-based environment that values collaboration, learning, and playful, evidence-informed practice.

You'll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team providing therapy to children under 10 and their families. In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT services primarily in a clinic setting
  • Work alongside experienced OTs and SLPs in a multidisciplinary team
  • Receive structured supervision and mentoring from senior OTs
  • Participate in case discussions, family-centred goal setting, and playful intervention planning
  • Build strong relationships with families and contribute to our team culture

  • Achievable Caseload:
     Up to 4 clients per day (typically 3 in-clinic and 1 in the community), with 20 client hours per week (including direct and indirect work such as session preparation and report writing) for the first six months, increasing to 25 hours moving forward

  • AHPRA registration (or graduating imminently and eligible for registration upon completion of your course)
  • WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
