In this role, you'll:
Deliver effective, professional, customer focused rostering and timecard management services to the Tangara Fleet Life Extension project (TFLE) and other sites within Fleet maintenance. You'll work closely with managers and staff to meet the sites and projects operational staffing requirements.
- Manage end-to-end resource allocation processes, including planning, real-time operations, certification, and post-operational analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate on proactive rostering strategies for events, training, and leave management, ensuring skilled and cost-effective resourcing.
- Maintain accurate, dynamic rosters with forward visibility to support efficient workforce management and operational readiness.
- Utilize advanced reporting tools to analyse and forecast resource allocation needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to address resource allocation requirements across depots and the broader network.
- Optimize roster planning by balancing operational demands, compliance with business rules, cost efficiency, and performance KPIs.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery.

About you
- Extensive experience in resource allocation or operational environments, with a deep understanding of rostering policies, principles, and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in IT systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and practical experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools such as Microster and/or Kronos is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a proactive and solution-focused approach, working independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift work requirements and dynamic operational demands.
