YOUR NEXT ROLE
This is an opportunity for a motivated and autonomous Forklift Operator to join our well-respected privately owned Australian business and become a member of the Hyne Timber family. In this dual role, you will combine your forklift expertise with office-based responsibilities to support the efficient operation of our manufacturing site.
All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
Safely Unloading and loading timber products ranging from 1.2 metres to 12.6 metres onto trucks
Picking customer orders with RF guns by forklift or side loader and staging for loading
Operation of docking saw.
Rotating stock and ensuring safe storage of products
Stocktake of timber products within the warehouse
Purchasing and receipting stock.
Auditing processes and managing email enquiries.
Building positive working relationships with freight providers, customer service teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
Able to work day shift, with a start time between 3:30am and 5:00am.
Proven experience as a skilled and responsible forklift operator.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both office and warehouse tasks.
A commitment to safety – all our people go home in the same condition they came to work.
Confident working both autonomously and as part of a team.
