Subcontract Commercial Plumbers – Highgate Plumbing

Highgate Plumbing is seeking experienced and reliable subcontract commercial plumbers to join our team for upcoming projects across the Perth metro area. With strong partnerships across respected mid-tier builders and a pipeline of new work commencing shortly and into 2026, we're offering secure opportunities for skilled plumbers who take pride in delivering quality and safe workmanship.

Our projects range from food processing facilities and restaurants through to large-scale commercial ablution builds, drainage works, and specialised infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

  • Current WA Plumbing & Gas Licence (or eligible interstate transfer)
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
  • Own vehicle and reasonable tool kit
  • ABN registered
  • Australian Citizenship or valid working rights

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including:

  • Civil drainage works (sewer & stormwater)

  • In-ground and stack work
  • General commercial plumbing installations
  • Knowledge of hydrant and fire services (entry level acceptable)
  • Ability to work safely around mobile plant and active construction sites
  • Excavator experience highly regarded
  • Previous experience on Defence or government infrastructure projects desirable (but not essential)
