Pyramids Plumbing is a well-established company delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and construction sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee upcoming projects.

About the Role

As a Commercial Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will lead a team of trades and subcontractors while working closely with project managers, builders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing works across multiple commercial projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plumbers and apprentices.
  • Liaise with builders, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise on-site.

Skills & Experience

  • Trade qualification in plumbing and current plumbing licence.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within commercial plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • White Card and current driver's licence essential.
