Job Details

Bennco Group is seeking experienced, values-driven Project Supervisors to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and contractual compliance. You'll collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and industry partners to ensure smooth execution and strong project outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Monitor progress and productivity, identifying and resolving issues that impact delivery
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies, and relevant award or contract conditions Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks, promoting a strong safety culture
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs
  • Liaise with Project Managers and client representatives to communicate updates
  • Support quality assurance, including inspections, defect management, and handover documentation
  • Manage site resources, including plant, equipment, and materials
  • Foster teamwork and accountability among crew members and subcontractors
