Subcontracts Specialist (Melbourne)

Eligibility:
Only Australian Citizens can be considered for this role due to security and program requirements.
A major national program is seeking a motivated Subcontracts Specialist to support the Enterprise Network Modernisation PrograM-  part of a significant Air Traffic Modernisation initiative. You will join a Commercial function assisting with the end-to-end management of major subcontracts in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, NDAs and subcontract modifications
  • Support supplier vetting, quality approvals and compliance record-keeping
  • Process subcontract invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare meeting minutes, briefing packs and communications
  • Support governance, change control and audit activities

About You

  • 4-7 years' experience in subcontracts, contracts, procurement, legal, compliance, finance or related disciplines
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder engagement capability
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
