We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected consultancy at the heart of the building industry, known for its collaborative culture and people-first approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

The team is friendly, close-knit, and around 20 people strong. This is a newly created role, so you'll have the chance to shape it and make it your own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and liaise with couriers
  • Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked, including the kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Set up rooms for internal meetings, external training, and events
  • Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors
  • Prepare certificates and reports accurately and on time
  • Upload relevant documentation to portals
  • Arrange travel bookings and coordinate staff schedules
  • Provide general administrative support across the team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Friendly, professional, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration is highly regarded but noting this is an entry level role so we are open
  • Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
