Clyde & Co is recruiting for two separate permanent full-time positions: Legal Assistant and Administration Assistant. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both administrative and legal assistant duties, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days a week in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

In these roles, you will be an integral part of the team, providing essential legal support to fee earners and legal professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inboxes, drafting correspondence, and preparing court documents

  • Assisting with monthly billing and following client-specific requirements

  • Coordinating with clients, counsel, and third parties

  • Organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking travel

  • Preparing and managing legal briefs and court bundles

  • Handling client queries and assisting with document preparation

  • Processing invoices, expenses, and timesheets

Both roles offer a fantastic chance to develop professional skills while contributing to high-profile legal matters.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Legal Assistant role: 2 years legal admin or professional services experience

  • Admin Assistant role: 0-2 years of legal admin or professional services experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

  • Diploma or certification (preferred but not essential)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • A professional attitude with strong communication skills

  • A collaborative, adaptable approach to teamwork

  • Experience with Elite 3E and iManage (advantageous but not required)
