We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who's commercially mature, strategically minded, and ready to turn a decent foundation (clients, brand equity, and a well-built CRM) into a high-performing commercial engine.
You'll help formalise the way we generate, manage, and grow revenue in the B2B space and if you enjoy bringing order to opportunity and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and leading a clear BD operating rhythm - pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Re-engaging and expanding existing B2B and institutional relationships.
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle - pricing, negotiation, proposals, and delivery alignment.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive margin and performance.
- Turning data into insight by providing commercial intelligence
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in genuine BDM or Commercial Management roles.
- A background in recruitment sales, professional services, medical device sales, or other structured sales environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong financial and operational literacy - comfortable with deal modelling, CRM metrics, and commercial reporting.
- A mix of commercial smarts and execution focus - you know how to set the pace and lead by example.
