Business Development Manager - South Easth Queensland ( Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast)

DW Commercial Cleaning Services is a well-established medium sized company within the commercial cleaning and property services sector. We have achieved significant growth over the last several years.

We are looking for a BDM to join our successful team in an autonomous & rewarding position.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Talented sales professional with a passion for generating new leads and closing sales.
  • Ability to tap into potential client opportunities to generate new business and grow relationships.
  • Drive Sales functions of the business and implement, execute a sales strategy.
  • A planned positive approach is taken in relation to obtaining prospects.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings and tender presentations with the existing team.
  • Positive relationships are maintained with clients before, during, and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events, connect, and influence stakeholders, maximise lead potential.
  • Willing to make suggestions that lead to improved sales outcomes.
  • Work closely with internally and externally stakeholders to gather information.
  • Combination of cold calling on the phone and attending client meetings, networking events, LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
