Pay is commensurate with not only your experience, but also contribution and performance
$80k-$120k p/a pro-rata + bonus + allowance + tech for salaried positions
- $97-$116 p/h for contractors
- Innovative therapy model + incorporating technology to enhance therapy outcomes
- Subscriptions, resources, webinars, PD, case conferences, mentoring and internal & external support available.

iBrain Rehabilitation specialises in delivering innovative speech pathology services to the adult neurological and disability population. We provide mobile services at client's home, aged-care facilities, support disability accommodations and community in Metro Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. We also offer telehealth services to clients across Victoria and Australia.
With a focus on making strong connections with the people we support, we have built a reputation for quality, thoroughness, innovation and creativity in the services we provide. We have a well-established neuro team and are now expanding our services to better support the adult disability population.

- Generous remuneration and company car/paid travel – pay is commensurate with contribution and performance on top of experience. About the Caseload
We are seeking dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our team with a primary focus on Adult Disability. You will provide assessment, therapy and management of complex communication, dysphagia, speech, language, voice, social communication and functional communication to our clientele with disabilities – ID, CP, ASD, mental health, hearing, complex disabilities, etc.
You will work primarily in client's homes, support disability accommodations, day programs, aged-care facility, community and via telehealth. You will deliver FUNctional and meaningful therapy that is person-centred, evidence-based and outcomes driven
While we have a well-established neurological team, this role focuses specifically on the adult disability population due to increasing demand. We do not have any opening for adult neuro role currently.
A mixed caseload (adults + paediatrics) can also be arranged for the right candidate who prefers a diverse range of cases.
About You
- Ability to work independently to manage your own caseload in the community.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop genuine and positive relationships.
- Genuine enthusiasm and strong commitment to client outcomes, evidence-based practice and personal centred care (bonus point if you could make therapy FUN)
- PASSION + Experience working with the adult population
- Australian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle (company car is available for full-time salaried position).
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate)
- Qualification in Speech Pathology + current SPA membership.
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites (we will try our best to schedule clients close to your home and minimise your travel).
- You don't need to be a tech-savvy, but willingness to embrace technology and innovation = bonus point
Desirable
- Experience and/or interest in working with the adult disability population / complex communication / AAC
- Experience working in the disability sector
