Drive strategy, shape architecture, and lead a high-performing IAM function.

We're looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth. You'll guide the direction of IAM across complex enterprise environments, making critical design and tooling decisions while mentoring and developing a talented team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the IAM strategy, roadmap, and solution architecture for a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Own detailed design decisions and provide technical direction on key IAM initiatives
  • Act as the technical authority for architecture, integrations, and implementation best practices
  • Manage and grow a team of IAM specialists, fostering excellence and accountability
  • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade identity solutions
  • Oversee platform delivery and lifecycle management of IAM tooling (NetIQ preferred, SailPoint or other major tools also valued)

What you bring:

  • Deep hands-on background in IAM solution design, engineering, and operations
  • Proven experience leading complex identity programs as a technical lead or architect
  • Strong understanding of access governance, authentication, and provisioning frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
