We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Desi-Licious The Garden Lounge, 269 Robinsons Rd, Ravenhall 3023.

As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards using fresh ingredients
  • Make fresh salads and wet dishes that match our quality and taste.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
  • Keep the kitchen organised and flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with stocking ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
