Fulltime Position to join our dynamic team specialising in the Famous Burgers Ribs and Wings Restaurant.

The successful applicant should have a Certificate 3 in commercial cookery and 1 year work experience in a similar role and a strong work ethic.

The candidate should be able to perform these duties and tasks:

 Inspecting ingredients and food items to confirm they meet quality standards

 Controlling the heat settings of ovens, grills, and other cooking appliances

 Handling the preparation and cooking of meals

 Adding seasoning and spices while food is being cooked

 Dividing portions, plating dishes, and applying sauces, gravies, and decorative garnishes

 Keeping food stored in facilities with controlled temperatures

 Creating meals tailored to specific dietary needs or restrictions

 Might be involved in menu planning and calculating food supply needs

 Could be responsible for mentoring and training junior kitchen staff or apprentices

Salary is negotiable from $76.615 to $78.000 per year plus super dependant on skills and experience.
