At Gruvi, we are on the hunt for a Junior Ad Ops Specialist who is ready to bring their passion for cinema and eagerness to learn to our vibrant Perth team. We run innovative, data-driven campaigns to help studios, distributors, and exhibitors reach and engage audiences. Our clients include international movie distributors, cinemas, and independent producers.

About the Role

As a Junior Ad-Ops Specialist, you will be a key player in crafting and launching digital marketing campaigns for some of the hottest films out there. This is a full-time paid role with growth potential within our collaborative organisation. You will work with our creative team to set up campaigns and keep a keen eye on their performance. This is your chance to get hands-on with cutting-edge digital platforms, learn the ropes from industry pros, all while living and breathing the magic of movies

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with an ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in English.
  • A passion for the film industry and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, set up, monitor, and optimise paid digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other online platforms.
  • Refine audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics.
  • Manage campaign budgets, reporting, and insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop campaign strategies and creative approaches.
  • Set up tracking and reporting analytics for campaigns
